There's another LinkedIn profile for a Richard Padula that claims ownership of RJP Builders.

RJP Builders was involuntarily dissolved in 2011. [screenshot]
MA contractors license expired in 2012. [screenshot]
MA construction supervisor license expired in 2020. [screenshot]
These various documents also use the name Richard Padula, Sr., and Richard Padula, II. There is also an alternative residential address that shows up. All of these are in connection with RJP Builders, though, which lists the presumed scammer's address on its website.
Note: there appears to be another Richard Padula, age 70, in the same area. I think care should be taken not to inadvertently drag him into anything.
