A company posing as "Premium Tech Support" with the email pchelp12157@gmail.com scammed my elderly relative out of hundreds of dollars. Fortunately I was able to help them reverse the transaction, but these people are terrible.

Their phone number is 1-855-246-8689

The paypal information was to a person name Aishwarya Jain. The email listed on the paypal transaction was aish12157@gmail.com. Hopefully someone can do something about these people. Thank you for your time.

The person "assisting" my relative was "Rick".
