GreenFingers If you are indeed a pooter knowledge zero user then yes, by all means check out Bob.
On the same token I would suggest that you stick with calling simple scams that love to answer calls especially in the Social Security section and although you will get 24 hour scammers the most fun times are US business hours - don't give up having a go just because you don't get an answer on the first, second, fifteenth number you try ... even scammers take breaks, keep office hours of their choosing, switch numbers constantly, get pestered to the point of not wanting to answer the phone and scam anyone no more (thumbs up) etc.
Watch some YouTube videos to get yourself accustomed to how these shitbags operate - in relation to Social Security scams I would encourage you to view wenja92 Scam Detective ... the story is basically always the same or at least very very similar.
Social Security scams will allow you to practice your bullshitting skills, and believe me that most scammers will just about listen to anything as they are so invested in stealing money and reading from their script so just feel free to spin a good yarn - however, they will also pull out the old I'm an authority figure on you (agent for the Gov) trick and raise their voice to tell you not to speak when you are being spoken to ... so learn when to push and when to hold back for maximum time wastage and giggles.
At this point, this will also allow you to steer clear of allowing a scammer access to a Virtual Machine if you don't really know what the go is in that regard as is the case for Tech Support scams of all varieties including refund scammers - if you're not sure what you're doing and the consequences of possible mistakes as small or big as they may be then just don't go there.
Last piece of advice - do NOT give a scammer any LEGITIMATE details under any circumstances - this really should go without saying.
Cheers and good luck :)
