The call started off very funny, as the man was irritated by every mistake I made.
When I asked him to install Overwatch ("Opera Watch", apparently), he mentioned that he played CS with his college friends. Later on in the call, he revealed that the is actually pursuing career in web development. He tried to justify his actions, but later (somewhat) apologized for giving misleading information, and acknowledged what he is doing.
I was sympathetic to his economic condition, but I urged him to find a better job and wished him luck on earning an honest living. I told him that when he leaves, he should encourage others to do the same. He revealed that the call is being monitored by the management. That might have been his last call.
