This scam company seems to target German, French and Dutch speaking victims.
I've got their phone number from a pop-up scam website. They change their cloudfront.net subdomain quite often, but there's a good chance to get to one of their sites by visiting hxxp://youtuve.com from a German IP adress. The most recent website I could find is this one: hxxps://d3kn563l7ylum.cloudfront.net/xxxch72xx88/?phone=030-5679-5098&. (May freeze your browser if it's still active though.)
Their German phone number advertised on pop-up websites is +493056795098.
Because I'm German, I gave them some calls (it appears to be from Berlin) and wasted about 2–3 hours of their time in total:
The first "technician" I've reached had an Indian accent, pretended to call from Vienna, Austria, but his IP was from somewhere around Delhi. He didn't use any paywall though and instead just tried to persuade me to log in to my online banking account—well-known behaviour so far.
But the second one I've reached was able to speak German pretty well and his IP was from Turkey. He instead pretended to call from Frankfurt am Main. A strange thing about that was that—when trying to present a paywall to me—he entered a BIC, but instead of an "I" he typed "İ", which confused me because on the one hand he spoke German very fluently but on the other hand this symbol appears to be mainly used on keyboard layouts in Turkey. After showing them their IP adress and asking them the usual stuff, they handed over the call to their boss who seemed to have an Austrian accent and tried to convince me that they're not a scam, although I showed him my evidence. He did pretty well though, I didn't expect that.
So there's a good chance the number redirects you to call centers in very different locations.
Anyway, regarding the second case, they seem to operate under the name All Care Protection and use the company name JMF Technology Ltd as seen on their website hxxps://www.allcareprotection.com.
There is another site the second guy showed me which is somehow related to the company. For the sake of completeness I'm just going to list it here:
Their company locations seem to be fake, at least the French one, because it's building of another company as far as I know, However they seem to do the typical event viewer bs and try to get as much money as possible out of you, easy as that. Make sure to give them some calls, especially if you're German! Further research is always appreciated. Thanks.
