So. The service is only for 'registered' customers. I pretended to be Robert L Wall, one of the people from their 'testimonials' . They let me through. So the scammer technician named ravinder first connects to my pc and then he doesn't even check my pc but straight up says he will help me renew the plan first and then he will carry on with the 'fixes'. Connects me to a billing department scammer named 'dj'. Dj literally opens my notepad and gives me the plans and then writes 'visa' so I can write my credentials there. I write a fake one and then I ask him what the problem is with my pc and he's like 'temporary files have been downloaded' So he was charging me 499.99$ for 1 year plan to remove temp files. One time fix is 199.99$. These fucking low life scammers usually go for old people. It's a call centre and EZYSUPPORT was already a scam. They also recently scammed someone with pcfix247 and now they're continuing. The lady scammer who was the first one to pick the call was named Manisha. She didn't even recognize my voice.
The site they used to connect was :www.go2patch.com
