Hey all, just though I'd write a quick post talking about some things that are happening as of late on scammer.info. As many of you may have noticed we have had a rather lot of issues with members recently, not just violating our rules, but also trying to defame staff, and make completely unsubstantiated claims about myself, and other members of the community. Until the past 2 weeks we have not had these issues, I can't say for certain what is causing them, whether it is edgy teens, trolls, or Indians who are genuinely offended that we take extra precautions against some members. The extra precautions have come into place recently because of the DDoS attacks, and the influx of scammers registering on the site, in case you didn't know. As far as the staff here being racist; I can only speak on behalf of myself, but I do not have any intentions to "bully" anyone because of their ethnicity, or geographic location, however, we do, occasionally, question members when they have certain characteristics that are indicative of scams (ISP, location, phrasing, etc.), not because we single them out by race.
Secondly, the recent trash that has been posted here is rather sad, it doesn't matter whether your opinion conflicts someone elses, they offended you, your views, or they seem like a "scammer or skid", it isn't your job to go on a diatribe to attempt to trigger them. The purpose of staff is to make sure that these issues are taken care of, if you have an issue with a member please reach out to a staff member to express your concern. Taking matters into your own hands is not the way to solve anything, it's going to create a massive argument, and probably end up getting you banned or warned. Random posts unrelated to the topic at hand are also discouraged, if you have something to say that doesn't fit the thread then please create a new one.
