harry99 Do some research. The VOIP server handles data processing and answers the incoming requests from clients. VoIP PBX's are what are used by almost all scammers at this point, they as used ONLY for storing connected devices, routing calls, and placing calls in queue, they are not responsible for storing customer data. However, the server being used for storing customer data could potentially be running the IP-PBX as well, but in either case the customer's data wouldn't be stored on the server in any viewable format, nor would you be able to retrieve anything but the phone number. If you did, in fact, get customer data it was not from the server itself, it was from some other source on the network (could've been another server, network drive, etc). Lastly a VOIP dialer is not the server, it is a piece of software that connects the PC to the PBX, then to the SIP trunk, it is in no way a "VOIP Server", the proper term for the device connected to the network would be a node.
